Hey,
Thanks for all the good wishes. I guess I have to look into extended warranties and car covers, among other things. I went back to the dealer to look at again.

To the guy that had to wait 49 years to get a Vette, I suffered through a $5000. 1966 coupe back in 1980 and a $4000. 1974 clunker just to have a Vette. This last 66 coupe that I just sold to get the C7 was much better. At those times it was all that I could afford. I'm really happy for you now that you have one.

Hey,
That looks just like it.Except the one I,m getting has the black stripe behind the hood vent. The luggage wasn't there, but the original owner lives about 5 miles from me. Maybe I'll bump in to him. I still can't believe that less than 2 weeks ago I had a 66 coupe and Monday I will have a C7.
