The volume controls and Favorite up & down buttons on the steering column stopped working on my 2015 Corvette. In addition, if either of the Favorites buttons is depressed, the center display goes blank and remains that way until the Res or Set buttons on the cruise control are depressed while the car is moving. No other button activation will return the normal display.

I turned the engine off and restarted the engine. Again, sitting still, volume controls and Favorites buttons on the steering column do not function and the display goes blank if either Favorites button is depressed. With the car sitting still, pushing either of the cruise control buttons does not restore the display. Turning the car off and restarting restores the display.

1st picture is engine running normal display. 2nd picture shows the display if either of the Favorites buttons is depressed.

Anyone have a problem like this or know what the solution might be?

Sounds like it is time to disconnect the battery, wait 15 or more minutes before reconnecting for all the components to power down. Reconnect the battery, wait about five/ten minutes for everything to power up. Start the car and see if the problem is fixed. Hopefully!

Yes, about 10. Everything was working until my road trip today, then failed suddenly. If playing media, same symptoms exist.

Any updates on this? I was driving along today (17 GS) and my FAV buttons would work, let me select a new station, but not actually change it. Then I went to adjust the volume and the volume buttons wouldn't do anything? Any ideas? I hate the time waste of going to the dealership.
