Was 70 a little over a week ago! Now 15 degrees and 9 to 17 inches of snow forecast starting tomorrow night! March can be the worst month of Winter in Rochester NY!

I'd get me a warehouse in central FL then fly down once a month and actually use your car. Summer months take it back up north. At least you could drive year round. Just thinking out loud.
