Best bra for a C7

I disagree. PPF with a protective finish applied will not be damaged by bug juice/bird duty. You are correct that you should not use wax/polish that is yellow (really anything that has dye in it). However, there are tons of sealants that have no dye and Xpel recommends using those. Colored waxes are really outdated. Sealants are the current trend (have been for at least 15 years) with Rejex and Zaino. Newer products like CQuartz Ceramic have replaced those. Xpel recommends sealants - they even sell their own.

I would never let one of those TOUCH my car - sand and dirt can accumulate on the edges and can leave fine scratches - but then again I am of the **** variety on scratches and typically use 7 (yes 7) wash rags when I wash - so keep that in mind on my answer. nothing rubs my paint but my wash rags and a clean car cover in the garage.

I have 3M full frontal and rockers with a Pearl Nano Ceramic coating and the car looks perfect after every wash....

My 2014 Stingray had 22000 miles on it when traded in..... I drove it from Philly to Bowling Green so plenty of highway miles.....no bra... no expel no nothing..... except for a couple of very small marks in the clear coat that could be buffed out for sure..the front of the car still looked almost new .... any bra looks horrible on such a stunning car...

I am thinking about buying one of these for my arctic white 2016. I had these on my prior C6's, but in reading the current instructions online, I'm not sure I'm following the install. How was install? Easy? Are you aware of any videos on the topic?

Xpel gets my vote. You can't even tell it's there. Great protection without interfering with the fantastic looking front end!

I'm doing Rt 66 at the end of this month and I'm planning on taking a lot of photos of my car in all of the iconic locations. The last thing I want is some black bra in all of my photos. I have an appt to have XPEL ULTIMATE SELF HEALING film on Friday. I think I'll be much happier.

Totally agree, but I didn't really have a choice as I didn't have time to get the Xpel installed after our museum delivery. But you'll notice that most of the pictures in my album don't show the front end for that reason. I could have removed the bra but that isn't always the quickest thing to do. You'll be very happy with your Xpel for photos like that!
