C7 aftermarket grille and pics
Hey Guys,
I plan to replace the grille on the C7 I get and was hoping to get some varying options and pictures from everyone who has done this. I have found several online from various sites, but there seems to only be a very small number of options (see below for the two main ones I have found). And the pictures they have are up close, so I can't really tell how the car looks with it, a distant full body shot.
Do you guys have some pics to share? (Yes, you can share Z06 grilles if you want, its ok to show them off too as they are option).
Thanks.
ACS - FIVE 1:
(Lots of pictures, but many are close up. I was hoping for a good 10ft or more away to get a full picture idea at 3/4 quarter view of the car. -- Does anyone have one with the lights installed?)

I was going to simply black out the chrome strip with tape or paint. The C7 Think Tank here talked me into a Z06 grill. They were right of course. It's far more badass looking. I bought it with the cameras preinstalled from RPI. It looks SO much better than the stock grill.

I like the Z06 grille the best but I have a Z51 and that grille was not 100% factory stock so I will stick with my OEM grille minus the front plate bracket even though the Z06 grille looks better.

My car had cameras. apparently the C7 cameras don't work with the Z06 grill so they sell the latter with cameras pre-installed and you can just plug n play.

A car's looks are subjective. I personally am not crazy over the Z06 grill (cooling inlets detract from the appearance). The Stingray grill looks good with or without the blacked out chrome strip.

I have a spare grill so I popped the chrome pieces out and plasti-dipped them black. Looks decent. Seems that on the new C7s you can order them black from the factory, so I'd assume it's possible to buy the black pieces to put into your existing grill. I'd think you'd still have to take the bumper cover off to get at em, but it might be a cheap way to do a factory black out.

Its plug and play...no issues. Just pretty expensive since you can't take out the base grille cameras and install them in a ZO6 grille.

I'm happy w/my Z06 grille, but always liked the ACS. It's not over the top, and OEM-like:
