I highly doubt that you'll get the info you've requested. Chevrolet provides production figures by model for individual options and colors but not for combinations.
But they have shown the combination exterior/interior colors at the bash in the past. Since 2016 production was not complete at last year's bash, maybe we will get that info at the bash in April.

Does anyone have that same kind of exterior/interior color combo breakdown for the 2014s? I would love to know how many Crystal Red cars were made with the gray interior? It's my favorite combo but I have not seen many of them.
