Default Coupe Waterfall picture request

I'm thinking about purchasing a Scorpion Waterfall for my GS. I was wondering if anyone has any pictures of an aftermarket waterfall, either RPI or Scorpion, with the factory sunshade installed.

I am also looking for any pictures of a Torch Red C7 with the waterfall in place taken from outside the car. Most of the pics out there are close up.

Thanks.

That's interesting and I would like to know if anyone else has this problem before I pay around $700 for one of these.

JMA, what are you wanting this item for? If it's for aesthetics, I did this, which is a lot less bulky looking....I purchased an extra crossed flag and used the double sided tape to adhere it to the hump.

If you were looking to use it for more storage, then it's an entire different story.

I'm not exactly seeing the purpose of this addition either. It looks like it would be prone to getting scratched/chipped from the seat backs when moved back to the max as well as from items put in the storage area. Not exactly a real visible addition for the $; other mods you can do for $700 that have more visual impact.

I have one, and I like it. It's not bulky at all at about 6" high and since it sits on the hump behind the seat that is meant to separate the cabin from from the hatch space it takes no usable room. The compartment is small, holds a couple pair of large sunglasses. I think it makes the area look finished and brings the exterior color in. If you decide on one, do yourself a favor and order it from Scorpion directly. You will get it much faster with a better experience, since they hold the patent, all others must order through them so they are just adding lead time, and they have less options. Scorpion has two lids for the compartment one flat for no emblem one embossed for the emblem, they offer painted carbon flash for the top, and they flock the interior of the compartment. Scorpion is very good about communications and do what they say. I had ordered through another vendor first and ended up cancelling at 9 weeks, once I placed the order with Scorpion it was 12 business days and it shipped.
I thought about using just an emblem like Steven did, but that wasn't the look i wanted. To each their own.

I agree as a whole and this is why I bought one. It looks great as long as you dont touch it really. It weighs just about nothing. if I had known the door would be so crappy, I would have ordered it without one.

Please don't be offended, but I don't like that at all. The waterfall looks much better. It looks stock. What you have done does not look stock to me. The only issue I have with it could have been prevented by ordering it without the door. Its extremely light so it adds no real weight.

I don't mind the door, it does take holding it up while reaching inside, but adds some small storage and since it is basically behind me and I am not a big guy and not as flexible as I once was I turn in my seat to open it or do it as I get in and out of the car so both hands are available.

The reason I want one is because I love the vert waterfall and I think the coupe add-on looks awesome lol. I do wish they offered it with a carpet like the C5/C6 though.

Sorry if my post gave you the wrong impression as I don't have this mod. Note my Avatar <<<<< as my C7 is Blue.

No offense taken at all. The beauty of Corvette is that it's so highly modifyable. It's just different taste!

That looks pretty nice as well.

I noticed that most exotic cars seal off the area behind the seats, most being mid-engine designs. Gives the car a more exotic looking interior IMO. Way overpriced though.

Not my "style"...looks too "added" and does not seem to flow...but that is just my view. If you like that look, go for it!
