Alignment of diffuser fins seems off.

When I installed mine I had to tweak them to get them just right.

Your passenger side inner fin is sitting above the crease line. Your driver's side inner fin is lower than that same body line.

Very nice. The back of the C7 badly needs diffusers and ACS makes the best ones IMO.

I don't think the spoiler add-ons are called winglets, but I could be wrong. I believe winglets are the aero canards that go on the front bumper.

I love the product but I have found almost every install I've seen a fin or two have been slightly off. I believe it's because the template is flimsy paper and doesn't allow for perfect fit because paper is flimsy.

I would recommend to ACS to use a card stock template where the top lines up against the crease of the rear facsia and perhaps get better alignment. Attached is my car and a few others and all look good but only the ACS stock photo appears to be more exact.

I considered redoing a fin or two but I didn't think it was worth the hassle to start over and drill additional correction holes and I can live with slightly being off on the underside that is not super noticeable accept to detail oriented people like myself but I won't sweat it!

They are called by ACS Z51 Bolt-On Wicker Spoiler Conversion Kit

I looked at those but they are thinner and I like the ACS Composite Fins because they are wider and the width matches the fascia's end Fins. The ACS are bolt on whereas the thin ones are tape on! So it's really about personal preference and to answer your question, the thin ones are by G3Carbon. I went with ACS as their quality is top notch in everything they produce so for the same price I went with the forum vendor.

The template works fine, be sure to follow instructions exactly and tape them up. There is wiggle room so you will want to tighten up the bolts, but not all the way, then gentle shift them into the perfect spot and finally tighten all the way will holding so they don't shift around. And as always, measure twice, drill once. Mine are perfect, but I am sort of nit-picky so I spent extra time to get it right.

Thank you for the feedback.

We have considered cardboard, but it won't contour to the curve as it is compounded on both axis.

Most just drill, there is a note on the template, we advise small ovals, or slotted holes, this with a combination of the adjustable U nut, which can slide within the fin, will let you adjust them perfectly.

I'll admit this takes quite some force and generally first time installers fear pulling this hard to get them to the perfect spot.

Given these are digitally designed there is no reason they should not fit perfectly.

Overall car looks great ! Thanks for sharing !

Looks awesome! IMO, that's what it should have looked like from the factory... Anyway, I opted for the Difflow diffuser and the transformation is amazing!
