Default Callaway Cool 757 HP Delivery and many more 3-26/Heavy on pics New/Old-Mike@Criswell

~83 degrees yesterday in Maryland What a difference a week or two of nice weather does for everyone. On site deliveries during the Winter everyone wants to know how the heated seats and heat work...yesterday the air cooled seats were the big hit! Somebody asked me yesterday when I plan on retiring? I will be 57 this August and honestly I have never given retirement a thought. I love selling Corvettes so I had this blank stare on my face with no future date of hanging it up. He understood my answer...as I had none. ~Many calls this week about future product, 2018 ZR1(?) 750 HP and the 2019 Mid Engine Zora (Emperor)...honestly until vehicles get announced...that is when I start getting amped up, yes I have deal folders in line for both new mega star future Corvettes and Yes it's sooner then later. GM will let us all know as they see fit. GM doesn't leak anything unless they want everyone to know what's coming.
Follow my delivery video's on my Facebook page CorvetteFurman.

~Mike and Patricia P. Of Midland, Texas have now ordered 3 Corvettes from me the past 4 years. A few days ago they picked up their 2017 Racing Yellow Tintcoat Z06 at Callaway in California and it has to be one of the Coolest delivered yet. Mike ordered 2LZ Pkg, Black Comp seats, Carbon Flash full length stripes, black calipers, Auto trans, Black Alum wheels, CF painted mirrors, Navigation/PDR and much more. We had this Z06 shipped directly from the Corvette plant in BG, KY to Callaway Headquarters in Temecula, California to be Specially prepared By Callaway and it is now 757 horsepower! I am sure Mike has some specific plans for future racing with his new Corvette. It is stunning...and Powerfully Engineered!

~Jerry F. Of Monroe Twp, New Jersey called me Feb 16th to order a new 2017 Corvette Stingray Z51 Convt. The Corvette came off the line on March 13th, arrived March 20th and today (21st) he is driving it home! Jerry is a member of the Richmond County Corvette Club in Staten Island, NY. I viewed an awesome video of their Club trip to Nova Scotia...wish I had gone!!
Jerry ordered Admiral Blue with Blue top, two tone Gray interior, CF hood stripe, CF instrument panel, red calipers, 7spd manual trans, chrome wheels, 3LT Pkg and more. Last month I gave him a sight unseen trade appraisal and he and his buddy Frank drove down 194 miles today to make the switch. In and out in 1 hour. Admiral Blue with the Convt.Top in Blue looks amazing!

~Eileen and Al G. Of Southport, North Carolina sought me out two months ago so they could order the exact Corvette that they wanted for their 2nd Corvette that they have owned. Just sold their Red 98 Cpe and now they have...or should I say Eileen has a 2017 Stingray Z51 Convt in Corvette Racing Yellow Tintcoat with Black interior and top. 2LT Pkg, Auto trans, black wheels, Navigation /PDR and much more. Eileen said Al can only drive it after he cleans it.

~Jack and Betty Lou L. Of Arlington, VA came in to visit me at Criswell a few times so they could choose the exact color combo for their 2017 Stingray Corvette Convt. R8C Corvette Museum delivery was a must for these two World Travelers! Torch Red paint with Black top and gray interior, magnetic select ride, Auto trans, performance exhaust, Navigation/PDR, 2LT Pkg and much more. A great time was had by all!

~Jeff D. Of Centerville, VA stopped by 4 1/2 weeks ago to factory order his 4th Corvette from me in 7 years. This time Jeff chose a 2017 Racing Yellow Tintcoat Z06 Cpe with two tone dark gray interior, 2LZ Pkg, CF hood stripe, Auto trans, Black Alum wheels, CF painted outside mirrors, Yellow calipers, Navigation/PDR and more. The last time Jeff and I played Golf at his Club he got his first hole in one!

~Andy M. Of Gaithersburg, MD bought his very first Corvette from me in 2010 and today he traded that in for a 2017 Grand Sport Corvette Cpe in Arctic White with Red interior and full length Blue racing stripe. Andy wanted the 8spd Auto trans this time and his new Corvette also has Machine face Alum wheels, Navigation/PDR, GS Heritage Pkg, 2LT Pkg and more. Andy was thrilled with his final choice as it was between this and a Watkins Glen Gray GS...our selection of 130 new Corvettes left him sleepless the last few nights.

~Other deliveries from this week....

~Throwback Corvette pictures...post up and let everyone know which is your favorite old time Corvette photo.

~Have a great week everyone!

~I will be at the Corvette Bash in Bowling Green, KY April 24th-28th. Two days of Callaway meetings on the 24th/25th and then the 26th-28th on site at the Bash. Hope to see you there.

Thanks again Mike!

Congrats. to all of the new owners, Corvette or other models.

Really liked the Callaway C7, very sharp and the Admiral Blue convertible with the blue top combination looks great too.

Hard to pick a favorite from the throwback pictures, especially when all of the older pictures stir the memories of days gone bye.

Have a good week, and keep making those new owners happy!

~Throwback Corvette pictures...post up and let everyone know which is your favorite old time Corvette photo.

Definitely my favorite old time Corvette photo. I bought an identical 1977 Corvette coupe in the spring of 1977. It was my first of 5 corvettes(C3,C4,C5,C6 and C7) over the last 40 years. Thanks Mike.

Unless it's a track car, I'll leave that one on the lot for you

The new Callaway owner is in for a lot of smiles per mile. I had to learn how to drive on a track again. 1,000 lbs. lighter than my CTS-V and 201 more horsepowers. LOL

Mike you seem to love your job and are passionate about Corvettes so only being 56 I cannot see you retiring anytime soon.

I also turn 57 this August.

I always enjoy the throw back photos. My favorites this week are the photos of the copper 63 and the C7R with the ferris wheel in the background. Great pics.

Have a great week.
