Couldn't take it anymore!
I took delivery of my 2017 convertible 12/9/16. We put the top down in the showroom to check operation, took delivery pictures and put the top back up. I was out and about and with the temperature at 61 degrees I put the top down and drove home, about ten miles. I never put the top down below 70 degrees except? Heater and heated seats on high. It was great! Next time it will be at least 70 degrees!

Really? I drove my C5 with the top down all the way down to 32 degrees. Windows up, heater on full, motorcycle jacket and gloves on ... but the top was down. Of course everyone thought I was nuts, but what the heck, I loved it.

If the sun is out, I will dip down to 60 for top down driving.

Congrats! Love my convertible. I doubt i will ever buy a coupe sprts car again.
Hope to get mine out this weekend--should be in the fifties and most of the salt has been washed off.
I run in the 55-90 range myself. just for fun I posted this poll a while ago:

My 2017 Stingray is my fifth convertible: 1965 Corvair Corsa, 1985 Dodge 600, 1995 Corvette, 2014 Stingray and now another 2017 Stingray. The Dodge started life as a coupe, Chrysler had a mod company that would cut the top off after car's assembly line build, the completed car then was sent to the dealer. In spite of lack of power the car never gave me any problems. Convertibles forever!!!!!

Back in the early 90s I used to see this guy in a Miata every morning on my way to work and unless it was raining or snowing, he had his roof down, even if it was below the freezing mark! He'd be all bundled up in a parka during those cold winter mornings, but he always looked happy

High temps in Houston are usually after 4pm, aka rush hour.
