Admiral Blue was my choice this time around (has a candy color hue, pops in bright sun). Second choice was Long Beach Red (premium color charge made the decision easy), previous car; Night Race Blue.
I normally don't like white, but it's the best on a C7 with the black accents IMO. I'd normally say black, but the paint quality is too poor on a black car, plus it just looks strange with 2 (or more if you have plastic) different shades of black on the car.
Blue with black wheels is my next one. Either that or that greyish blue color as long as it has red calipers.
While we're at it, does anyone else think the 1LT with red seats is better than the other options with more red? Just the red seats is perfect. Everything else getting added is just too much. It's why I didn't get a 2LT. And I'm coming from a 4LT C6!
I also didn't get the Z06 because of overheating at the track. GM really did a number to upsell me on this model

I think that's the great thing about color preferences. There's nothing scientific about it. I mean I love deep violet / indigo / black colors and find purple revolting.
I bet if everyone ranked the Vette colors from 1 to 10 each color would appear at the top, in the middle, and at the bottom. Hmmm that's an interesting thread idea...
I have a 2017 Yellow and love it for several reasons. It really doesn't show the dirt. After I bought it, I didn't wash it for six months and it still looked shiny and clean (I did hose off the tail lights a couple of times and wiped the exhaust tips.) I just went from the SF Bay area to San Diego and back, partly in the rain, and it clearly needed washing, the bugs being a major problem. I don't like colors that show the dirt. I also like colors that show a contrast to the black trim parts.
If the yellow were not available, I would probably get Torch Red and my next choice would be white.
I should add that the Corvette is such a neat car that I could live with almost any of the available colors. It is overwhelmingly the best sports car I have ever owned.

Whatever color the car is, they all look 10x better with black wheels.

But if VY was an option I think I like the white second. It looks really good on the car.
