If you are interested in converting the seats you have now to Competition seats while using all Genuine GM parts, we have a kit you can buy to match the seats you already have while saving money!

If I buy the conversion, will I lose my seat coolers? I have the heated and cooled seats.

No, you will be able to retain your heating & cooling functions. The heaters will need to be replaced because the pads are a different form, but those are included in our kit.

I went to the site, but don't see a kit, only individual pieces. Looks like you can buy the pieces for the top only for around $500/each, not bad?

I don't think you're looking at complete backs. It's 2k$ for both back conversions.

This is the answer. I have bought this kit twice and did my 14 and my ZR1. It is not that difficult. Takes about 2 hours per side.

OP I wouldn't even waste your time trying to get someone to trade; it will be a diamond in the rough and in the end cost you the same money.

Also be careful because the seat harness changed in 17 I think so seats from a 17 and up wont work in a 16 and down.

I would leave the OP alone at this point since his thread is from 2016.

this is not true. The main plug is the only difference. The harness can be swapped out in 5
minutes. I have 19 seats in my 15 z

I bought 19 seats and installed them in my 15 z. The harness was identical. The main plug was the only difference and all the wires route to the same place. In about 5 minutes I pulled the harness and another 5 replaced it. Everything works. So they do match up.
