I'm working on the web page for them currently. I'll put a link up when it's ready.

Again, these are the same size as the OEM Z51 discs:
Front= 345x30mm, 72 vane J Hook AP Racing Disc
Rear= 338x26mm, 72 vane J Hook AP Racing Disc

They're going to retail for approximately $1200 for all four corners, fully assembled and ready to drop on the car. They use the same style of hat and floating mechanism as the discs in our complete Competition Brake Kits. If you look at our current Viper discs, they give you a good idea of what to expect.

Target pricing for replacement iron will be:
Front 345x30mm= $339 each
Rear 338x26mm= $329 each

These discs are beasts, and I don't expect people to be replacing the iron very often!

That would be great! A few questions:

1. Will this work with the stock calipers?
2. Will they require/prefer specific brake pads? Will Carbotech's line work? Do you recommend anything else for the track & street (I prefer separate pads for each application) that would work better with this rotor?
3. I'm assuming no cooling ring, right?

Yes, our discs are designed to work with the OEM Z51 Calipers.

No, you can use any brake pads designed to work in the OEM calipers.

Yes, swapping between street and race pads is the ideal way to go. My standard recommendation is Ferodo DS2500 for the road and DS1.11 for the track. When swapping between the two they don't have many of the judder/vibration issues that we've seen with other pads. They're also easy to bed-in and don't destroy discs.

Absolutely, positively, no cooling ring!

Let me know when these hit the market. They are exactly what i'm looking for. Do you have OEM v. AP weights? I'm assuming these will be slightly lighter with the Al hats--is that correct?

Guess I'll be waiting a little while longer to replace those rotors. Don't drive it over the winter, so I've got some time.

I'll be posting up about these when they're ready to ship.

I don't have the weights yet, but yes, they will each likely be a couple of pounds lighter than stock.

Your saying it is $1,200 for all 4? I thought it was going to be $1,200 per set.

Wow...I dropped the ball on that one...good catch!

It's going to be approximately $1200 per axle set, or roughly $2400 for all four discs. Sorry to mislead!

I am sure they would be good at making a ton of noise with wheels rotating while car is at 150 mph! Those fins might even start to straighten out to reduce air drag.

No , these have been on the market for a few years. Short track racers use then. I didn't hear them over the sound of the exhaust (95db) at the track.
They are not a "snake oil" type of product.

I liked it better at $1200 per car - maybe an introductory discount to thread participants?
