We don't offer any in house tuning services, the dyno is strictly for new development/r&d, but I can set you up with a local retailer if you want to grab the tool. I will gladly have you stop by and go through the install with you if you'd like.
Thanks!

Wait....we need to make an AFE tune...are you willing to drop the car off for a couple days for us to strap it down and develop an AFE canned tune for the masses?
Thanks

I would caution anybody from thinking that changing your CAI and Headers won't require a change in your tune. I just spent the last week with Vengance getting my CAI and Headers tuned and it was quite a bit different than the stock settings. Between data logging and dyno time it is dialed in but if we would have left it stock it would have been dangerously lean.

They put in a baseline tune before starting my dyno session with similar hardware and it went to 13.7 on WOT pretty quickly. Unmodified I can't imagine what my AFR's would have been, not to mention calibrating the MAF meter once you change the CAI, the AFE CAI is significantly different than stock.
Don't do it, get a tune!

Good news, Andy has agree to bring the car by for us to develop a tune for the AFE CAI, which will be available in all inTune's and Trinity's once its done

I added the AFe to replace a tweaked tune with a drop-in air raid filter. Car put down 440 corrected with a 12.5/1 Air-fuel with the tune tweak and a drop-in filter. Car was dynoed in April on a 42 degree night. Fast forward to June where we Installed the AFe. My tuner predicted a lean condition which we got. Tweak the tune and the car lost 10rwhp, now down to 430, corrected, with a 12.5/1. BUT, the run was done on a 72 degree day. Can this happed just due to a much warmer day?

They found the perfect A/F for my car on the dyno and played with 4 to 5 combinations. You really need a dyno session with a good tuner to get it right. my tune was set at 12.9 to 13.1 to 1.

It would also be nice if once you get it complete you can tell us roughly how far off the car runs w/o the updated tune. Just for us inquiring minds types that are running the current tune with the intake.

Noticed they are offering a new MAF. for the C7 with and without cold air on the internet . You might want to just buy one of these and try it out. It may be a item that is more accurate then the stock unit.
