Is anyone having trouble saving their favorite locations, recalling their favorite locations, and deleting their favorite locations? I can easily get directions and recall them in "Recent Destinations", but when it comes to SAVING favorites, I am at a loss and I am following the manual.....I think.

Favorites get saved into Contacts, which are shared with other modules like Phone. It's clunky IMHO but it's how it works. You can go into contacts and delete a contact using the "-" icon.
