More like 1/3 of that. Doesn't even include stuff like injectors/pump/etc.

Haven't you seen the prices of piping?
I had a STS kit on my C6 and loved it. I just loved the way it sounded! Can't spend $13K on a C7 Kit, I've got a ProCharger kit already and with the extra $8k I "saved" I could do a lot of motor work.

Lol.
You're right, that's completely absurd.
The C7 blower kits are cheaper than the C6 kits because they require less parts. Right at around $5k.
A twin turbo set up like this using primarily factory exhaust at retail shouldn't be higher than $8k.
Custom fabbing exhaust manifold costs more than a blower head unit and they don't have to do that.
They have a massive margin here that other companies do not have. They will struggle to sell kits if anybody gives this pricing a second thought.

I replaced all the piping on my kit about a year ago, Rick Squires was able to reproduce the parts perfectly. At the time he said he had plans to re-introduce the kits when he had time.
Wouldd make a Perfect kit for the new C8

Just to update...
STS is part of the Holley group now.
The C5 and C6 kits are currently available.
The price is right, check them out here:

C7 stuff is in the works last I heard

SWEET! Great Kit
Pulls like a freight train. I've done a lot of mods over 20 years and this is by far the best bang for the buck.
I was up to 677 rwhp before I turned it down this year.

I don't get it. For that price, you can get a no compromise turbo or supercharger system, tuned, and supported (injectors, fuel pump, headers, etc). And it wouldn't be the crap quality of parts, if their reputation is true.
Unless there is something I'm really missing, I'm going to go out on a limb and say you'd be pretty dumb to buy this.

Pricing listed in this thread from 2014 is not current. At all. The current C5/C6 kits are half of what was listed here, $5995-$6995 depending if you want the tuner kit or not.
They are in the process of re-releasing these kits one at a time, and I would guess the relaunched C7 kit will be priced similarly to the C5/C6.

Still isn't great though. The quality of the parts they use are junk. Ebayish turbos that they charge quite a lot for. Never really been impressed with what I have seen and Rick Squires himself has lied to me and one specific customer multiple times about what his kit could do on a car.
