Default ECBM help

Last year I posted about my wife's car after the battery died ,all the codes that came up .i tried all the suggestions no luck .found at guy with a tech 2 he diagnosed my issues and traced it Down to ECBM ,it's supposed to put out a reference voltage to several sensors , we checked them all no ref voltage . I contacted a few people about repairing the ECBM .found a place here in AZ they said they could fix !!! Got it back same issues and 100$ lighter in my wallet . So now I am looking to replce the ECBM , they are outrageous from the dealer ,I could use some help !!!! I can't remeber the person on this forum that sells new parts any suggestions would be awesome ! Thanks in advance
