Umm, just as you were typing this, I was posting in your 11.52 thread about this exact prediction!!!

Wow, that's really really fast.

OMG no, I didn't even look at that one slip yet, WOW. I'd thought a low 123 was possible but never 124!
And the crazy part is, while I knew your car would definitely run this ET/MPH eventually, I thought it would take MUCH better air/DA than tonight's offerings.
It was cold out which definitely helps but the other stats weren't perfect by any means. In other words, there could be a tiny bit more left in the car.
How many miles are on it now?

A 1.68 short time in a bone stock/base engined Corvette, I am impressed.

You Are right Marc the air could have been better. My weather station showed -900 feet. Ive seen -1500 before. So I'm sure there is a low 11.3 or even a High 11.2 in it if everything lines up on a pass on a great air night

Track mode. Traction control off I just punch it ...lol. It doesn't like to be stalled up for some reason

-900 is excellent, I didn't realize it was quite that good tonight (looking at the barometer and other factors I'd figured -500) but yes, we have seen even lower DA than this as well of course.

What are your plans for first mods, CAI? Headers/X-pipe and tuning?
I don't suspect that higher stall converters will be out any time soon (though I'm not sure you should even do one, just like the CTS-V didn't really need one).

Originally I was gonna do blower headers and alcohol injection

But now I'm Thinking heads and cam headers and a small 2800 converter

I love all motor power for some reason

It makes sense actually, after some twin turbo Mercedes and supercharged CTS-V action, you've come home to your original naturally aspirated Corvette roots.

Now that is flying!

The trap speed blows me away.
Saw the 1/8 mile, 97+, amazing.

I have to admit, the A8 is the real deal.

Under the same conditions, what do you think a C7 Z06 will run?

Automatic or manual (I assume you mean automatic)?
10.62@131.20mph.
Same track 3-5 weeks from right now = 10.53@132.50mph.

Congrats. Amazing run. I just can't get over how well these cars are launching. I never got a 60 like that out of my supercharged C6 A6, even on DR's. Trap is fantastic too.

Stock Sting Ray traps 124 MPH, absolutely outstanding! That is very impressive to say the least. I would have not thought that would be possible. Anything that traps mid 120s is a real beast on the street. The C7 Z06 should just be off the chart, can't wait to see what they can do.
