I finally was in Deer Park the other day and seen new place on Grand Blvd.
Is that the shop to work on cars and Manufacturing?

Default Low End TQ

Any loss (or gain) of low end torque with these headers with cats?

I have a small video of my car with the 1 7/8" American Racing LONG TUBE headers but I'm not sure if they sound anything remotely close to the mid length ones. I still have cats and my factory NPP exhaust if that helps..

Marcouvo, The Mids or Long Tubes improve torque throughout the RPM range. There will be no loss of torque I assure you. Please feel free to ask if you have any additional questions. Thanks.

Not a direct side by side comparison, but the LT's will make about 8-10whp more on an NA car.

Thanx Nick,

Do you supply gaskets with the headers? Oops, see on the ARH website gaskets included.

It is available with and without cats, it is not legal in Calif, tuning may net more gains, part # is C7ML34WC

I'm sure we could do something and set you up with a local installer/dealer, Steve@americanracingheaders.com

Appreciate the feedback, that was the exact goal with this system

You won't have any worries about the CEL with the mids regardless of any Xpipe we have seen.

Thanks very much for the questions

Steve, does ARH make an x pipe, no cats for the C7 Z51, similar to Borla, but better flowing, lighter etc? If yes, cost please.

Not for the C7 mid system, but the full C7 ARH system has an Xpipe.

I installed the catless mid lengths and they sound AMAZING. I didn't notice a huge power increase but then again 20hp would be hard to butt dyno on a 460 hp car.

I did get a CEL right away though, looks like the catless version will require a tune to eliminate the CEL..

Glock 40,

with the catless you well need to tune for sure.

Does anyone know which ones would be louder, long tubes with cats vs mid length without cats with npp?

Looking to add something to my Corsa off-road catless x-pipe. This might fit the bill.

Steve - can you recommend a dealer/installer in the NoVa/MD area? Forum vendor with a good price would be just as good I suppose.

Thanks!

Steve, I ordered a set on Monday through a vendor for my '16 Z06 which already has a Borla catless x-pipe and ATAK exhaust system. They are telling me you won't ship them until sometime next week. Anyway to get these moving sooner. I have a really big car show coming up on May 7 and would love to pull in with these on the car.

I have LT's with cats and NPP. Nice bark at idle, insane when you run the RPM's. Women and small children hide. It really sounds good, and loud.
