I'm a little confused. Where did you get the stainless pipes? Looks like they are welded by the afm valves. Did you do the install or have a shop do it and make the stainless pipes?

Drone or no drone ... this is the first C7 exhaust system that I have heard recorded that I really like. It has that great deep growl that is missing in many C7 exhaust systems.
To my ear, most C7 aftermarket exhaust systems have a sound that is more akin to the exhaust note of European V10-V12 engines. They have a higher pitch with what is typically characterized as a "ripping canvas" sound rather than the deep bass growl of an American muscle car V8.
The ripping canvas character makes for a pleasant exhaust note, but it doesn't stir my soul like what I hear coming out of Jake's exhaust pipes. Job well done Jake. I loved your video.

Hey C7Jake, from your first post it's been awhile so have you put miles on her? If so, if you don't mind sharing how's it sound across the board? Highway speed, around town, and long distances. I'm a hot rodder so I love the brut force sounds of a serious sports car. Thanks S

Jake,
So in all honesty how bad is the drone? Not being negative, I have had non-npp for over a year now and I can't deal with it anymore! I need to hear this thing but honestly if I can do wat u did for 600 bucks for lil to no drone i'm all over it.

I think you'd sell quite a few of these on here.

I agree - for a custom-fabbed system, this came out really nice. Most are hack jobs, but this certainly looks salable. Just need to make a jig (or have the shop do that) and you're all set. Customer can even select the tip type they want, as they're in production from Corsa. I think you'd sell quite a few of these on here.

True statement. Good exhaust shops are far and few between. Most of them just hack stuff together and it looks like crap. Those pipes they bent for your car look great. You have a skilled exhaust shop.

Interesting info.
NPP mufflers cost $900 apiece from GM.
