Default Z51 eLSD differential and M7 fluids part #'s?

GM track setup sheet requires that the differential fluid in the Z51 eLSD be changed every 24 hours of track driving time. Anyone have the part #'s for the fluids for both the eLSD and also for the manual transmission? I think I remember seeing the fluid capacity of the diff for the Z51 was 2.75 litres, but not sure about M7 transmission fluid capacity or its scheduled maintenance requirements.

Are there any specific procedures for the fluid changes for the eLSD and transmission, or is it just a standard drain and fill?

M7 uses ATF and Diff. uses gear oil of 75W-90 weight. Very easy change. I've done it. I also use Amsoil but oils are pretty good as we all know.

I have about 10 track hours, so I just picked up the fluid for the diff. Reading from the label, Dexron LS Gear Oil, 75w-90, 10-4034, #88862624. I was told it will hold 2.96 qts, so I picked up three. A simple drain and fill when cold.

I don't have the trans fluid, but will probably order it from LG. It is a ATF fluid.

I run Mobil1 synthetic ATF(DEX III) in my TR6060.

I was wondering if the eLSD clutches are in the same fluid as the main diff fluid for the gears. Also does one need crush washers, how many and what size for both diff and transmission, or are all the plugs using O-rings.

I switched out to Redline fluids in the Dif and Tranny about 1k miles in.

The AMSOIL Online Product Application Guide has this note:
[6] With Z51 performance package the ELSD Clutch System is
a separate unit from the differential assembly.

And it recommends a low viscosity ATF (dexron VI or equivalent) for the eLSD. The AMSOIL fluid would be:
AMSOIL Signature Series Low Viscosity Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATL) (Product Code ATLQT)

For the manual,
[3] GM recommends Part No. 88861800 (Canada 88861801)
or equivalent for manual transmission, transfer
case applications.
AMSOIL equivalent (which is what I use in my 02 Z06):
AMSOIL Torque-Drive Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid (Product Code ATD1G)

For the diff,
[4] Use Dexron LS Gear Oil meeting GM Specification 9986290,
GM P/N 88862624.
AMSOIL equivalent (which is what I use in my 02 Z06):
AMSOIL Severe Gear Extreme Pressure Synthetic 75w90 (Product Code SVGQT)
AMSOIL Slip-Lock Differential Additive (Product Code ADATB)

I just did the trans and diff fluid changes, it is very easy to do. The differential uses nylon washers on the drain/fill plugs. The nylon appears to be very sturdy, and the torque is very low on these. The transmission has pipe threads on drain and fill, just needs some high temp thread sealant. The transmission fluid looked very clean. The differential was very dirty looking, a lot of silver/ grey particles in the fluid and on the plugs. I imagine this was friction material from the clutches. Also, there is no way I had a complete fill in the differential from the factory. Mine was not on the recall for this. The reason I know this is because the transmission uses about 3.5 quarts and the drain pan was much more full than when I drained the differential, no way it had the 2.75 - 2.96 quarts specified.
