Santa is bringing me the Z51 rear sway bar kit through CR/GC this Christmas for my 2015. Hope adding a sway bar will keep my rear end from going squirrely when making a quick left turn.

Gene or Patrick: Do you have any recommendations or feedback on the 2016 base car with magride? Would your normal Z51 upgrade kit be the way to go? Or do you think the rear bar in your kit should be upgraded to a magride Z51 bar? Tires will remain stock 19"/20".

I think you'll do very well with just the stock kit without the mag ride bar. I don't honestly think you'd even be able to tell the difference in handling with either one.

We have the kit on sale again for Christmas. Check out our thread below.

The rear Z51 sway bar is currently on backorder. We'll be happy to order the kit for you and ship when it is complete.

We also have the Z51 mag ride kit available, basically the Z06 bars, and we have those in stock or readily available.

Gene; Live in Doylestown. When the sway bar kit becomes available once again for my 2014 base, would it possible to drive to Reading for pick-up? Please notify when available. Thanks-Jerry

I was curious about the answer to this as well, as I'm in Gettysburg and may be interested in a set too.

We are in the process of getting a new facility and once that is complete you can pick-up, yes. This will probably be by the time you can get the bars again.

Great low-dollar upgrade for my Z51. Got rid of the "remaining" body roll.

First a factoid.
I just stumbled across the upgrade kit for my now departed C6. Less than $200.00. Oh well.

Gene: Which kit for the "base" car with Mag Ride? Car will not be tracked.

I personally would only get the base Z51 kit without the larger rear bar. You don't need that bar unless you're doing autocross or road racing and extremely spirited cornering driver.
