True he is wrong, but the LS3 did great on FI with cast pistons

I said nothing about FI . The CTS V's have the hypereutectic pistons and Ron 18 to 20 pounds of boost at about 750 wheel horsepower on the stock blower plus some run nitrous on top of that! They can certainly take the power with a good tune and more often than not it's the rings that have issues.
