Default My C7 Build-Procharger/Kooks/LMR/NX..

Hi guys, just wanted to start a thread for my '14 C7 vette. I'll be updating it as I do more with the car. I bought the C7 new last year after selling my 09 GTR which was a little too boring. The vette is way more fun especially with the manual trans! Autos are boring I use it as a daily driver to go along with my 95 6 speed supra which is mostly used at the drag strip, 8.42@176 is it's best et

This was the car stock when i picked it up ..

Had the car baselined stock and then a little tuning done by Darin at Double D Tuning here in orlando. It made 418hp stock then 425 within a few pulls of tuning via HP tuners.

After that I had a set of Kooks longtubes and x pipe installed and re-dynoed it. Made 440hp with the addition of the kooks stuff and it sounded way better

Next was the Procharger D1SC install along with a custom camshaft and breather tank from LMR. Big thanks to Rob at LMR for getting me all the right parts and very quickly Darin at double d tuning installed everything and said the fit and finish of the procharger kit was amazing and installed very easy! the cam install was a pain to do but went smoothly.

We left the car on pump gas and the 4.75" blower pulley to start with. At 6.5 psi it made 683 hp with fairly conservative tuning Thanks to the tuning by Darin, the car runs and drives like stock even with the big lmr camshaft

Here's a link to a video of the car getting tuned, i'm not sure how to embed the video since its on facebook..
https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=849128378443428

more updates to come soon. Still have an NX plate kit to install and then I am planning to fit a decent size tire on the back and hopefully make some 9 second passes!

Thanks for looking guys!

683rwhp on just 6.5psi of boost with PUMP GAS! with no METH.

Now thats a number a lot of people will really love.
Heck even adding a couple more psi will likely be safe.

KILLER build.

Great build!! Awesome numbers, As for the A8's they can handle the power, our 2015 A8 is making over 700 RWHP with a supercharger, headers, and meth only, we'll see what we pick up with the camshaft soon!!

Ok cool. I heard they won't shift with high power. Good to know. I'm not an auto girl anyways. That's why I ditched my gtr, too boring.
