Is there a similar device for the C7 like the C6 mild2wild exhaust switch?

Commercially, no. DIY, yes. I know, bad answer...

I've helped a half-dozen people via PM set up a simple switch tied to 41/42 that opens and closes the valves at will. You keep the ESM set to 'mode', and simply switch to your liking.

I tried several variations of wireless relays (essentially making it a similar mod to the M2W), never with any success - there is some EMI that just plays hell in these cars, and I can't figure out where it's coming from. /shrug

Would be nice for a company to just sell a kit - I can supply a parts list to any vendor that would like to do this. I don't have the time to make them, but it's a simple kit. I even have a nice switch position on an inexpensive panel.

Theta,

Isn't the C6 M2W just a remote fuse relay? What is unique about the C7 that the C6 version wouldn't work? It's been a few years since I had a C6 w/M2W so my memory on how it functioned is a little fuzzy.

Only very slight differences - biggest difference being the fuse size. If I remember correctly there was a slight difference in the circuit stated by someone either on or close to the M2W team.

I'm just using a simple on-off physical voltage switch with an in-line.

Default M2w

Hmm.. That's disappointing. Would like the louder exhaust but able to turn off when needed. Also disappointed that the exhaust closes at about 35mph in sport mode on the C7's.

The switch opens and close the NPP valves? Not also the AFM valves?

Can AFM be programmed out of Sport and Track modes only (on an A8)?

I've finally posted the DIY on an on/off NPP switch. It's getting uploaded today.
