Did you trim your stock bushings? I think mine sits too high in the rear too. The front sits nice now with the supercharger installed, but I'd like a little more in the rear.

Yes, I cut off the lower third of the bushing/bolt. I actually had to raise it back up a touch but one third is the least you can cut it.

I think you and I have the same wheels... Could you upload a pic so I can compare the stance or your car and mine?

I only have a crappy phone pic but I'll see what I can do.

18s front and rear 305 rears like 26.2 inch tall rear tires

19/20's these are sold rears are 325s on a +83 and they were a little too stickie outie for me

20s front and rear 305s on a +83 and they are perfect fit

I need to get off my *** and post some pics - I think mine is about at the height of C7BB, though. Maybe a finger less.

Both sets look amazing. But, obviously I'm biased... Love the GA3's. I think your cars stance is perfect. Thanks for posting.

Yes... Yes you do. I've seen your car before too. I think yours is a touch lower than mine. Could be mine's a non Z-51 car though, it sit like a 4x4 when I picked it up last year. These wheels with 305 Drag Radials help the stance a little, but not enough to me. Love Higgs' car.

Wow, you're not kidding! Didn't realize the difference (visually) between 325 and 305 was that large.

What sized rear tire did you end up going with? 305 or 325?

315/30/20. I'll get pics when I swap my scoops over (should be tomorrow).

The 315s stick out, but those 325s looked wayyy out there. Extra offset probably does that, too. (+73 vs +84).

325s were on a +83! 305s are also on a +83 (silver wheels). I am not sure what the offset of the black wheels on my car is, they are 305 drag radials with skinnies up front.

Just saw that - that's amazing with 305s and +83s being that snug into the fender. Quality wheels there.

It only took me three sets to get it right....

I have raised the rear about .5 inches from that last pic. Even though the rear was about an inch higher than the front already it still looked too low. It is like 1.25-1.5 inches higher than the front now (at the fenders). Looks good. I'll get good pics later but it's nothing but work and rain, alternating of course, right now.

I think mine are +79 offset... They're a nice tuck just about flush with the inner fender lip. I've got Nitto NT05R's in a 305-35-19 on it. I love the fitment compared to the Nurburgrings I had on previously. They were only +65 offset which stuck out to the edge of the fender with only a 285 tire on it. Offset is everything on these cars as you well know.

Also those Nittos and my MT drags are rounded from sidewall to tread. My Michelin PSS have a lip protector style transition so it makes them curve out more, giving less room. Either way, they are working great low and no rubbing, which I could not say for less offset or more width.

Agreed... Looks good, even if it did take 3 sets of wheels, raising and lowering it. I'm on my third set as well... Although, my first set were the cheesy *** base wheels. Chevrolet should be ashamed for using such a poor wheel for a "base" car. Love the car, hated the factory wheels.

I love the Z51 wheels, though. Wish I could have kept them with good rubber.

I do too. I tried to get a set for my car last year right after I got it home. But,for the same price or cheaper, I could've bought an aftermarket set. I bought my car in February 2014, so those were at a premium back then. Btw... How much power are you making now? Aren't your wheels Crays? Any idea how much horsepower they're rated for? Beautiful wheels, but they're cast aren't they?

They're apparently rotary forged (similar to TSW). I bounce around between 900 and 925whp. I don't really have any worries about cracking them - they're not Forgelines, but they're still decent quality wheels. I'll rip out the axles or e-diff before the wheels.

Yes, I also had a set of base wheels and Z51 wheels, lol. The wheels I could sell, I have lost a lot of money on tires, lol. Just finally decided I couldn't stand not having lighter wheels.
