Wow!!! I knew you were making serious horsepower!! I also agree that you bought a quality wheel, and they look great on your car too. I wasn't sure if they had a horsepower limit on them or not? I can appreciate your thoughts on tearing up an axle or e-diff but, I only posed the question out of curiosity. I meant no disrespect towards the "quality" of the wheels.

19/20's these are sold rears are 325s on a +83 and they were a little too stickie outie for me

20s front and rear 305s on a +83 and they are perfect fit
Love the silver wheels at the bottom. Who makes them? Looking at the front wheel, it almost looks like you have a thick spacer behind the mounting surface?

Cray is one of TSW's marque specific brands.
http://www.tsw.com/explore/tsw-after...eels-group.php

TSW owns the following brands.

Cray - Corvette
Beyern - BMW
Mandrus - Mercedes Benz
Lumarai - Lexus
Victor - Porsche
Redbourne - Land Rover
Coventry - Jaguar

From what I've seen, the TSW/Crays won't rub if you stick with stock tires and stock+.5" widths at most heights. Once you go wider, things start to get dicey.

No offense taken - for what I've spent on the car overall, I really cheaped out on the wheels.

I actually think they look nice, though. I didn't expect to like these as much as I did. I have expensive tastes in wheels, and wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger on a $6,000 set before trying something cheaper like these.

The E-diff/axle comment wasn't a crack (or at least wasn't intended to be) - it looks like on a hard hook that would usually crack a wheel, the E-diff just shatters or an axle snaps.

Spot-on! I almost mentioned this, but wasn't sure if they still had control of Cray. They use the same semi-forging (rotary) process, but the 'boutique' lines tend to be more well-thought-out than the normal TSW wheels with non-vehicle-specific offsets.

They are forgelines with the sizes listed above. Definitely no spacers.

Silver ones are Forgeline DE3S
Black ones (top) are Forgeline GA3
Black ones in the middle are Forgeline GZ3

If you want some contact Ben@WeaponX

This, this, this, this, this, this.

I've never owned a vette till C7, always euro's and imports...and i'm a big wheel *****. Needless to say, I am disappoint...

If you don't care about the (typically) reduced weight and higher strength of forged wheels (one/two/three piece whatever) and looks are an important factor to you...There are more pressure cast wheels that look better on this platform then all the big boy forged wheels do. That's pitiful.

360 has a few good looking choices. But it's just super f**king rough trying to find some nice wheels for this car dude.

Other than the limited concavity of the C7 wheels, there is an endless supply of designs and fitments. I don't understand how you could say you don't find any of the wheels attractive?

Yes the options are endless. I've done 18" squared setups for the track, 18/19, 19/19, 19/20, 20/20, and 20/21" as wide was x10" up front and x12.5" in the rear

I agree that the offset sucks on the C7 but I would also add that giant dish lips are SOOOO 15 years ago so it isn't THAT big of a deal.

Sure...there's plenty of wheels out there. Sure. I don't dispute that.

Endless supply of fittments (as in offsets, widths are a given)...meh.

I'll tell you exactly how I don't find any of the wheels attractive:

Absolutely ZERO concavity. None.

Don't want lips, don't like lips. Want concavity. Both require low offsets.

So what exactly are you wanting to complain about?

Either get a different car
put on a widebody kit
narrow the rear end

but whatever you do, stop whining. Stop resisting reality, it won't change for you.

I thought I made that clear...twice already.

Reading comprehension FTW. You're not the sharpest cat out there, are you? The guy asked me why I didn't find the wheels attractive. I answered his question.

lol. Let's look at this more logically. First, what exactly is "that" which you have made clear twice? That you are just a whiner and a troll? Please make it clear why you are in this thread other than to shed your tears.

Oh so you are a newbie and come from the "import world." Cool. Well, this is where the adults post so if you accidentally got access from your hi skool computer lab then congrats, but go study for Home Economics, you have a test tomorrow. Based on the post above, you have only made it clear that you are disappointed, nothing useful for a thread that was going fine until this, your first post.

Here's your second post, nothing more than crying about how hard of a time you are having getting nice wheels dude.

And your third post....guess what.....crying about no attractive wheels like they have for imports and euro tooner cars.

Yeah, you have made "that" clear alright.

Thanks for playing. Now take your ball and go home, troll.

The C7 TSW and Cray wheels have the same offsets.

I too don't like the "spider web" design of many wheels.
I too prefer the simple 5 spoke wheel...actually I prefer the split 5 spoke.. like the Z51 OEM wheel.

After much thought, I decided to go with the Rennen M5S wheel.
I have ordered 19x10 front, and 20x11 rears.
These wheels are concave and are monoblock construction.

I expect (hope) to get them by mid May (10 weeks delivery from date of order).
I will be putting on 295x30x19 front tires, and 315/30x20 rears.
The tires are R888, so they are a little less wide than other brands.

Here's a picture of what that wheel looks like.
Once I get the wheels and tires mounted up, I'll post more pictures.
