If you want better times hold off until late Sept, Oct or early Nov when the air dries out and the temp drops. I don't know where you ran but I'd suggest Old Bridge Raceway at Englishtown, NJ. It's not too far from you and there's a ton of guys running the Corvette Challenge there on Sundays who'll give you a lot of help & hints. Good luck! You should do way better.

I agree with Mike, if you want to run a better time just go back in the fall. Your trap speed of 114 shows that the air was pretty crappy, also make sure you are shifting right before redline.

2.07 isn't horrible for a stick car on stock tires, I'm sure with practice you can do better but I would just go back in the fall I bet you'll go bottom 12's.

Nice! Still think the trap speed should be higher but not all tracks are equal, my local track is kinda slow.

I bet that 60' felt pretty good lol.

Are you staging as shallow as possible?

Must be hot out when you are running. My trap ranged from 114-119 in my stock M7 with high elevation and really ****** DA's. Got better as the air cooled off though, my 119 was my last run of the night.
