Anyone know the correct part number for a Z51 rear rotor (C7)? I see two, and can't tell the difference: 20981820 & 20981822

EDIT: The Z51 rotor is 20981822; the other appears to be the base Stingray.

Rear ONE PIECE rotor part number is 23322785. This is for my 2015 Z51 built in Aug/Sept 2014. It is VIN specific.

Those are two different rotors, and the part number you found would appear to be slightly heavier than the one I found, so it's the right rotor. Thanks!

Why install the rotor bolt at all? Won't the wheel hold the rotor on? That screw looks like something that was needed during assembly to keep the rotor from falling off the car as it traveled down the assembly line.

I noticed that I didn't have them installed after the dealer swapped the rotors and I asked them about it. They said, as you guessed, that it's not useful except during the assembly line process, so they don't bother to reinstall them.

I wish they could use those temporary lock washers by the lugs instead to secure them, which would not throw off the balance of the rotors when removed.
