Im guessing there was no other choice, the tech checked the fluid level and it turned out to be ok and no other bulletins showed up.

I think just one service manager to another. They originally said if I knew the bulletin id # that they would do it (which I had from earlier in this thread). I waited a week, took it in and within an hour a different guy called and said they wouldn't touch it and all my warranty was void.
