PTS FAB C7 Twin Turbo Kit - TAKING PREORDERS NOW!!
We have been working day and night since February to get you guys this kit! We have fully dyno & street tested our C7 Twin Turbo kit and we are taking preorders now!
This is a true bolt on kit for the C7 Z51 and NON Z51, that can be used on stock, or modified motors. It requires no irreversible modifications to the vehicle, the vehicle could be put back to stock with virtually no noticeable evidence of the kit. This kit will work on all applications with either M7 or A6/A8 transmissions.
Any individual with basic to moderate skill level should be capable of installing; kit comes with a color, fully illustrated, installation manual featuring photos of nearly every step necessary.
This system makes north of 700WHP on 10psi on a completely stock motor and fuel system with twin Precision 5858, everything needed to achieve this with the exception of tuning is included with the kit. This kit is capable of making 1200 hp with proper turbo upgrades. Starting at $11,995.00
This system uses twin 4 1/2″ intercoolers, each rated to flow up to 500HP, this is done to avoid starving the radiator of incoming air. The twin intercooled, twin turbo design is more efficient that a standard twin turbo system designs that share a single intercooler of greater volume.
We are taking preorders for this new kit with a fully refundable $500 deposit. What kind of PSI are we talking, like on that Stage 1 dyno run you showed? Those are some pretty good size turbos there
Those small intercoolers are sufficient enough? (I do understand the inability for placement of a larger intercooler).
What brand turbos? I do see Tial Q blowoffs

They are 4 1/2 twin intercoolers and it is plenty enough and efficient.
They are actually EPMAN BOV.

Oh chit, it does show psi on the printout, my bad. Wastegates are Tial, not blowoffs. Ok thanks for info man.

well, I will say this. Your kit looks very nice, and compared to the other turbo kits that were announced and their associated costs, this one is not too crazy on price. Considering that a Callaway kit runs like 15-16K, though, that does come with a warranty. Good job on this one guys! Have you considered offering the kit with a canned tune?

I don't think any of us have reached that level safely without the installation of a LT4 pump, overdriven cam, or spraying methanol, so im a little dumbfounded on that one.
I do love the turbo choice for the kit though but I don't care for the location of the gates or the twin intercoolers. What kind of tubing is the hot side made out of? Wall thickness?
You may want to considering doing a couple heavily discounted kits just to get them out there. As decent as it looks on paper, until some guys in the hot climates get their hands one these kits and really test them a lot of people will be skeptical.

This car was at the Pikes Peak Airstrip Attack. I walked over and looked at this C7. This setup looks good. I thought this arrangement would be crowded. It wasn't. Great job!

5858 billet precision turbos t3 .63 housings. - room for upgrading
Tial 38mm MVS gates
Epman racing 50mm bovs
Full 3" down pipes that bolt to stock exhaust
31x12x4 treadstone core front mount
2.25" ic piping
4" upper intake pipe.
Schedule 10 stainless tig welded manifolds
Custom fabricated coolant over flow tank
All hardware, clamps, hoses, and fittings.
Comes with relocation brackets for fuse box and vac pump
Comes with all heat protective components; turbo blankets, heat wrap, heat boots, gold heat tape, heat sheathing and instructions to put it all on.
We have tested the setup in the half mile (20+ seconds of WOT) and have had no heat related issues that can cause anything to melt or catch on fire, made several through 5:00 traffic in 90* weather trips and no heat issues.
We are redoing the intercooler setup before we ship out kits.
We are also working on creating cast stainless manifolds to eliminate any rigidity issues that may occur after the kit has high miles of use.
Everything else is .080 wall sanitary finished 304 stainless, and .065 wall aluminum for piping and .130" wall sheet aluminum for intercooler end tanks. All tig welded in house.
