Default Advice: Power Steering covered under Powertrain warranty?

Hi Gang,
Anybody know if your power steering issues fall under the powertrain warranty? I can't find the words power steering or steering components under the drive systems but it would seem to imply it.
I recently added a supercharger and now I am having "service" power steering issues (power goes out) out of the blue but usually after running for at least 10mins. I posted the pic in a previous thread. One response to my thread mentioned they had the rack replace when they were having similar issues. I am reluctant to take back to the dealer until I get a good handle on what I will face when speaking to the dealer. Looks like to me GM tries to lump everything under powertrain warranty in my opinion.
Thoughts?
Ideas?
I live in Houston if you know a dealer that will work with me please let me know.
Thanks,
Phil

The power steering system is not part of the "powertrain".
