Where is the PDR data stored for Cosworth Toolbox ?

Default Where is the PDR data stored for Cosworth Toolbox ?
Is it embedded in the video or an invisible file on the disk?

I'm curious as to how the data is exported for Cosworth . Is it a CSV?

If anyone has knowledge or theories, I'd like to hear them.

It is in the video file, the MP4 format can contain data streams. That keeps it synchronized with the audio and video.

Is there a way to parse the mp4 file to access the data? I would like to see data as a function of time not just min and max values.
