Kooks makes one of the finest header systems you can buy for the C7. At launch however, they were only available with Kooks high performance Green cats. While the Green cats do not throw a code on an unturned car in many scenarios, they also are very expensive. If you are tuning your car, the cheaper standard high flow race cats may make more sense.

As such, Kooks has now released the option to get the X-pipe made with the standard Race cats now, saving hundred of dollars.

Will the Kooks 1-7/8" headers bolt to the stock secondary cats flange without modification? Or do the Kooks headers require the Kooks X-pipe?
