I have a 2015 coupe and mine has been back to the selling dealer once for the popping and crackling of the top. They slathered silicone grease on all of the rubber along the top. This lasted until I hit the street as I left the dealers lot!!! I was frustrated enough and kept on going. Last week I took the car to the local dealer where they have much more knowledgeable service writers. I got one who didn't want to deal with a Corvette owner looking for service..... He "Couldn't find a TSB on the noisy roof panels". Your document posted above will be a great thing to place on his desk. The mechanic at the local dealer knows what he is doing so this will help greatly.
It seems a shame that Chevrolet who has been bragging about how solid their new Stingray is has a simple issue as this.
(Most folks won't believe this, but I never take the roof off. If I wanted a convertible I would have purchased one. I like the coupe, but not the noisy roof panel.)
This should make the car just about perfect.
THANKS KEN!!!

My roof is creaky too. I put some silicon lubricant on the seals and it went away for 2 months. Now it's back. I noticed if I pull the driver side roof handle down, it stops creaking.
I figured I just buy the parts in the TSB and do it myself. That was until I got a quote for 233 bucks. Going to take in to dealer at next oil change. I will call a few weeks ahead so they can order the parts.
