Right now when I try to update it tells me to wait don't unplug, I can wait for hours with the same message on the screen.
It go's through all the motions of updating but never completes.
When I first bought it did the same thing, I'm afraid to use it on the car in fear it will screw something up.
Sell me a new one I will pay the difference

email me the info.xml file from the intune drive or call our tech line at 561-908-0040x1x12 and they'll get you going in an instant.
