Check spark plug wires-are they on all of the way.
Is one burnt from a header.
Did one get damaged when removed.

All very common problems with new headers. Rule out the simple stuff first.

My car has stuttered/stumbled/misses(whatever name you want to call it) at full throttle hard pull since it was new.(in any gear)

I tried everything I could think of, (plugs, wires, looked for vac leaks etc.) at full throttle on a hard pull it stutters like someone pulled off a plug wire.

Took it to chevy dealer the computer says nothing so they know nothing.

I'm thinking it has something to do with DOD.

I won't take it back because they will just drive it again and tell me they didn't feel anything and everything checks out.

The only way I don't notice it as much, is if I step into it slowly.

First of all, stop driving your car. Second, go through basic trouble shooting like checking your spark plugs, etc. also make sure you're running premium gas (this is dumb but gotta check lol). Lastly, I'm sure your tune is screwed up so you need to make sure your air fuel ratios are right to include timing. Sorry to see problems happening!

You need to have the car tuned if you had Long Tube Headers Installed.. Period

See the bold, underlined red text in your OP quote?

It ain't right! Get it redone and this time have it done correctly. Your tuner missed something.

Dealer won't touch a car with an aftermarket tune. What they will do is make a note of the tune, enter that information into their system and void your drive-train warranty.

Tuners are always he 1st ones to be blamed for any issues once they've tuned your car from that day on forward----When in reality it is almost never the tune that is causing their issue----Again here it was poor workmanship on a simple plug and wire install and the tuner was blamed-----We have to have pretty broad shoulders to be blamed for other people's mistakes--- Glad you got it sorted----!!!!!!!!!!!!
