Default Failed Fuel Line - Service Alarm Light

Hi all- 7700 miles on my baby and started smelling gas. Had the car towed to my dealer and they told me that the fuel line had failed. They said that if they couldn't get to it to replace it they may have to remove the transmission and rear end of the car- wheels, suspension, etc. Well, they couldn't get to it. So now I am here three weeks later and the car is back together - (not sure if all the parts are back on it) and the new issue is a Service Alarm Light. Has anyone had this? I am sure it is probably something not plugged in or since it has been jostled the poor car has to have something reset but they don't know what. My poor car. It will never be the same. I have already had the radio replaced and now half my car torn apart. I guess my license plate was right.
