No wastegate on a supercharged application. You might mean the blow off valve though

You guys seem to forget that M7 = 12% power loss
........................................ A8 = 18% power loss.

Do the math and he's right on par!

M7 - 465bhp = 409rwhp
M7 - 778bhp = 684rwhp

A8 - 465bhp = 381rwhp
A8 - 778bhp = 637rwhp

Yes the torque converters really do eat that much (6%) HP!

It is corrected. Dyno software for some reason was acting up on that part.. it corrected up wouldn't take that off the graph.

Okay after 115 miles here is my first impressions.

1. I'm buying prepaid legal
2. Car is stupid loud
3. It's not what I expected it's a woosh noise instead of a pew sound
4. The flaps under the car for the ecs kit drag the
ground in lots of places
5. The car is fun, it's supposed to be like this from the factory
6. I'm going to give it more time but I believe I'm smelling oil from the fsp
7. I wish Mike or someone said I needed a 2 bar map to see boost on my screen. Now I have to order one and retune the car. I'm going to order a wide band, IAT and egt probe
8. The screen is mounted with real carbon fiber and is sweet!!!
9. I had them straighten the hood gaps and fix the led for the alky

Over all I'm 98% happy, Mike and his crew did an outstanding job, I will be a customer for life. These guys busted their *** on this car, they are a quality shop who takes an extreme amount of pride in their work. I would not hesitate to use them for anything. Attached are pictures from around the shop and equipment.

Welding station

Everything is a mess from the new floors being put in

Custom headers being fit up

More header pieces

CNC mill

CNC drill press

Viper billet aluminum motor mounts

Yeah the Wooosh noise is different. I had never heard it on other cars before. I expected it to be more like a turbo BOV.

As for the flaps underneath the body for the ECS kit, my car is lowered and I was scraping lots too. What I did was use a dremel tool and cut them down to like 70% of their original length. That way it is still directing air up into the intercooler, and the scraping disappears or is at least greatly reduced.

I was at the shop yesterday and they started it for the first time while I was there. Wow...it is loud. Wiring is awesome. I put my deposit down on almost the exact same build. I'm going with Billy Boats Fusions. Warranty destruction day is 12-14. Can't wait. Mike assured with 2 1/2 week lead time there should be no problem with parts. 3-4 day build so get it back before the weekend and local meet ups.
The oil smell is prolly oil burning off headers etc.
Please keep us informed on how it runs.

I'm at $13,600 plus tax...I have tax exempt though. That's includes Billy boat exhaust, high flow cats, headers, SC with up grade, meth kit, catch can, plugs, oil and filter and everything else.

I have been using LG Motorsports in Dallas for the last 10 years, 3 builds, and never had a problem. These guys have fantastic feed back and in my back yard. So going with them.
So far awesome experience.

As with any FI build, an open breather of any kind may produce a slight oil smell, it needs to breath....

I took my father in law out for a ride, as soon as he gets in the drivers seat a gt350r pulls up and starts screwing with him!! That's my luck the one time I'm not driving, the car is a blast to drive but not to the point it's unmanageable. The 1200 horse viper calvo has is so violent you wouldn't want to drive it. This makes me want to run the **** out of it

GT350R's are hitting dealers already? Didn't think they were released to dealers yet.
