Best lube hands down is Sil Glyde. Its actually brake lube. Sometimes the best stuff was invented for something else. . Oh and you can get it at Advance Auto

If you talk to Energy Suspension---they will recommend that you use the silver never seize to lubricate sway bar bushings---- messy but works well---

Wow...many answers as to which is best.

White Lithium Grease
Sil Glyde Brake Grease
Silver Anti/Never Seize
KY (Vaseline) LOL

Since the bushing is rubber, I would have thought Di-electric Grease or Gummi Pfedge Rubber Lubrication.
Is heat from the exhaust or coolers a factor?

In for a more info.

Marine grease is what Pfadt recommended. Purchase at West Marine or any boat dealer. It doesn't wash away like some other products do.

This is also good. I have a tube and use it for similar applications.

Energy's bushing grease is my choice. I've also used Mobil 1 synthetic grease that has worked well.

That would've been my guess, too. I would think using a petro-based chassis grease might deteriorate the rubber/neoprene bushings over time. Never thought about white lithium grease, but I have some of that here, too. I'm contemplating adding a rear bar to my car and am watching this thread. Also have some Royal Purple GLSI No. 2 grease and some MoS² grease.

Heat will not be an issue with their location. Also, aftermarket and Z51/Z06 bushings are polyurethane, not rubber.

Energy's thick, sticky, grease is designed specifically for polyurethane suspension bushings.
