Default Correct Code for Z51 sway bars? Warranty?

Hi folks

I want to put the Z51 bars on my base 2016 Coupe with 18/19 wheels.
I don't have any suspension options - standard base suspension.
There are 4 "FE" codes I believe.

Can someone give the differences?

I'd like this info to be confident that my dealer parts dept. orders the right kit.

My dealer is good.
Price is not an issue - since I bought the vette there already quoted me a price equal to forum sponsored advertisers xclu shipping and adding sales tax. Didn't have to negotiate.
So, will buy local.

Appreciate any help

The Z51 comes with two different rear sway bars, 31mm on magride, 26 mm on non-magride, 22936508 is 26mm and 22936510 is magride and also Z06.

So, With my standard suspension now I assume I would get the 26mm... and you've given me a part number...22936508
is that 26mm front and back?
The proper mod is to do both - no?

Apologies if I am slow on the uptake.

From my research on C7 swaybar setups, it seems like some guys are preferring the performance aspect of the 31 vs. 26mm bar, but have noticed there is a slight trade-off in ride comfort. I believe the popular kit from Cutrag includes the 26mm bar though since it was designed for non-mag suspension.

You will also need your dealer to order the rear brackets, end-links, and hardware since you currently do not have a rear bar at all. Then of course new bushings for both front and rear.

The 26 mm bar is for the rear. The base comes with a front bar but I'm not sure if it is the same as the Z51.

The base Stingray front bar is 26.2mm vs. the 28mm on the Z51.

28mm front--26.5mm rear--plus you need all the bolts, brackets, and bushings for the new bars. These are non magride Z51 bars. Both front and rear need to be added. If you leave your base bar on the front and only add a Z51 rear bar your handling will not be balanced.

Increasing the rear bar diameter without increasing the front bar will increase oversteer. Depending on how good of a driver you are you may never notice the difference except in an emergency accident avoidance maneuver or if you are an exceptional driver you may like the increased tendency to oversteer to help you get around a turn quicker. Here are the general guidelines when changing stabilizer bars:

-To decrease Understeer: Increase rear sway bar diameter or decrease front sway bar diameter.

-To decrease Oversteer: Install either a smaller rear bar or a larger front bar.

I went to my dealer and ordered my Z51 F/R sway bar parts to install on my base 2016 Stingray coupe.

Great deal - 25% off. So same as internet / mail order.
The dealer will install. About 2 hours of labor.

I make this statement and ask for feed back:
" since these parts are standard equipment and not track or competition parts; installed by my dealer; there are no warranty issues".

Agree or Disagree?

Thanks

There are two different rear sway bars for Z51. I wouldn't think these mods would affect warranty.

I claim no particular expertise, but I agree. GM would have to find and document how adding the sway bars created an issue that would make them deny warranty coverage for an affected component.
