Did you by any chance find the torque specs for the x-pipe hanger bolts? I can't find that info. Thanks.

Looks like you'll have to contact Texas Speed, I only see it as an add on with their headers.

Put my tsp plate back on today WITH the spacers on. Drove around the block. Still rattling. Talk about horrible fitting. I don't get it. They sent me spacers for about half of the bolts. Not sure why they would only send you some. When bolting it down the bolts with out spacers bent the plate up to the frame. I'm going to see if they will send me more. I shouldn't need spacers with the tsp plate IMO. Get what you pay for I guess.

Are you 100% sure it's touching the plate and not something else?

Make sure your clamps are turned out of the way. Drop the plate and look for witness marks. Don't ask me how I know.

No not really but I will check on it. I've never heard the noise until I put the plate back on.

I installed a Borla X pipe on my 15' Z51 A8, and tightened all the bolts without using the GM torque specs. Probably over-tightened them. Is this a problem and if so, what will be the result?

Sounds stock with the NPP closed and loud and obnoxious when open. I love it! Wife.... not so much......
