Default MY2014 shifting issues PIE-0302-A & PI-1276

I definitely have the issues listed from PI-1276 and for a while I thought they were my fault for shifting badly until I read the tech notes for it. I have it pop out of 2nd gear way too often for it to be my shifting habits especially since I've never had this issue before driving other cars.

I also feel like I have the PIE-0302-A problems as well. I was able to find the PI-1276 documents stating the fix is to re-center in neutral but I can't find any documentation on if there's a fix for PIE-0302-A? Or is that a "you're doing it wrong" type of fix? I know the driveline can have some rebound from the rubber mounting points and it seems to happen more often when I have a lazy pedal/shift if I'm not giving it 100% effort.
