These flow more than lt4 injectors? The part number says DW in it, are these DeatschWerks?

They are made for us by DeatschWerks. Flow rate is near LT4 injectors, but during development of our Street Attack 427 LT1 we found these injectors made more power than the LT4 injectors so we stuck with them in the crate engine.

you saw that also. But really should work good for a more higher power motor. That is if they have been matched to flow really close to the same.. 1,k for a set of really good inj is not bad at all. Crap I paid 1600.00 for a set that would work in the c5.. Robert

just not sure what these will do over a set of LT4 injectors, especially when we have known good data for the LT4 injectors.

Let me rephrase the question:
HOW do reworked stock injectors "make more power" than LT4 injectors that flow (approximately) the same amount?

There was something about the re-worked injectors that changed the combustion in such a way that made more power. We can make an educated guess that it has to do with spray pattern, atomization and a more homogeneous mixture. There is no way of proving how, just if there is a difference A-B. It's even more important on a DI engine than PFI and we're seeing how slight changes can make a large difference. GM spent a lot of R&D on the dome profile of the pistons for this very reason.

I'll give DW a call to see what they did to them to gain a clearer understanding of why they make more power so I don't clutter up the thread, thanks Jason.
