My radio display has numbers below (see the attached). Has anyone had this problem before? I am not sure that this is a setting or some sort of malfunction. My dealer is not very good at service and I would like to fix it if possible without seeing them (even though the car is under warranty).

Those are your presets for radio stations. You can drag it down with your finger to hide it .

You are set to display 15 favorites but have only assigned the first five. See radio settings on the DIC.

Look in your manual under Vehicle Personalization and you will find:

Radio
Press and the following may
display:
. Manage Favorites
. Number of Favorites Shown
. Audible Touch Feedback
. Bose Audio Pilot
. Maximum Start Up Volume

Swipe your finger down and they will go back to normal.
