I did notice a few interesting things coming from this experiment.

The E-force upgrade is a complete bolt on assembly but should be done by a professional shop as there is no bleeder screws on the coolant system for the blower so special tools are required to re-fill the intercooler system after install.

Even while slowing the blower down it does make more boost than stock given the larger displacement of the blower. Stock lower pulley was retained, E-force upper pulley is approx 0.200" larger in diameter

Stock boost (measured by HPTuners 9.5-10psi)
E-Force boost (measured by HPTuners 12.9-13 psi of boost)

With the additional 2-3 psi of boost, manifold temp remained within 1 degree of stock temps (154-158 degrees during pulls)

Tune supplied with the E-Force is relatively conservative and not changed much from stock. It is designed to support cars running on 91 octane pump fuel as well.

It would be interesting to see what power levels the blower itself can support given a change in pulleys and other modifications. Edelbrock does offer a number of pulley choices for the blower for it to make more boost depending on application.

Stock baseline pull vs. E-Force stage 1 with supplied tune. No changes

Stock baseline vs. E Force stage i with LG 1 7/8 Super Pro headers, Corsa exhaust, Halltech CAI, and LGM tune

Almost seems like heads, intake and tune would get similar numbers to the E-force with canned tune.

Headers and a tune would make the same if not more but if you want a warranty that comes with it, the E-force stage I is one of the only kits that can get that kind of power and supply a drivetrain warranty with it.

Hard to compare since the scales are different because the peaks are different.

The 2nd graph the huge lift in torque, is that more tune or exhaust?

She's back!

Going under the knife for LG ported LT4 heads, cam, bigger lower pulley, and LG G2 coil overs!

I think at some point we are going to be stuck HP wise by the stock fuel system. We did use the larger fuel pump lobe on the cam with this one and will be adding a small meth system

That was only the first results...head and cam testing to come shortly. Had a small issue with the dyno electronics that I had to fix so should have the car back on to finish tuning shortly

Finally got going on it yesterday afternoon a bit and still have more work to do before I can make a full pull with it but I thought you would like to see some updates compared to just the E-Force/Corsa/LG Super Pro's.

Again, that is the addition of a 15% overdrive lower, LG cam, LG ported LT4 heads and Alky Controls meth system.

That my friends is one heck of a gain over a stock C7Z.
