ARH long tube headers
I'm in the market for headers and I have a couple questions regarding the long tube. I currently have a Borla X pipe that eliminated the cats. Will the ARH long tube catted headers bolt up to the Borla X pipe? And the car is currently tuned and I know it will need to be retuned, how much HP can I expect to gain from the LT headers and the custom tune? And last question who on the forum has the best prices/customer service on the ARH headers? Thanks!!

No go, you need a new X-pipe to run with the long tubes. I highly suggest going with catted X, will make almost the same power as cat-less without getting that gassy smell all the time.
Also, if you can spend the extra $$$ and get them coated, I would do it. I found a local company here in Minneapolis that coated mine for $225, they used Cerma-Kote. There are LG Super Pro Stepped long tubes. If you are going to stay N/A, these stepped tubes make great power both high and low. They start out at 1 3/4 at the cylinder head and then step up to 1 7/8ths

Thanks for the info! I hate the thoughts of having to get a new X pipe too. Would the ARH mid length headers fit? I assume I wouldn't have the same hp pickup but I'm not concerned about +\- 10 hp.
