Took delivery of 2017 GG, A part for the car whose purpose is to deflect air to the front break rotors was not installed. Dealer said it only goes under the car only fot track use. Is he right or should have it installed. This is the only info L have. It came with 8 little push on screws.

If it looks like those same parts, then you can see in that thread what they're for and how to do the installation.

If you don't want them, let me know!!! I think I'd like them for my 2016 that didn't come with them!

BTW, here's another link with some pics of the parts package before rikhek installed his kit on his Z06. The pics in the thread below have more than just some "push on screws" - they seem to be real "screw in screws".

Maybe the GS kit is different than the one the Z06 comes with - does your kit look like the same parts that are in the pics of the Z06 stuff?
