Default Thinking of this as next mod...

Thinking of adding these two items as my next mod:

MSD Atomic Air Force LT1 intake manifold
Katech CNC port throttle body

Already have:

Afe CAI
ARH mid-length headers
Borla catless x-pipe
Borla Atak dual mode axle back

Thoughts?

MSD Intake, yes. Throttle Body, maybe. I have heard quite a few guys doing ported and larger bore throttle bodies and getting no real results on the dyno. And those that are aren't getting enough to justify the cost in my opinion.

Have you had the car professionally dyno tuned? If not, adding the MSD intake manifold and then having it dyno tuned with the other mods should net some really nice gains.

Throttle Body would amount to little to none. I have read you may get 1 HP out of it. A lot of things show a gain on a Dyno but don't show up at the strip.

On the fence about the throttle body... at some point a super charger is in the plan; maybe wait til then.

We have almost the exact same mods as well expert I have a WeaponX ported throttle body and felt No difference. Headers and tune go on tomorrow and I'd be interested in the MDS results as well.

I went with a ported intake manifold from Ben at Weapon X (he also did my throttle body). Good for 20 at the wheel with the right tune and I think it was like $400 with core. Isn't the MSD Atomic close to 1K...

AFE and these bad boys and it runs hard
