I talked to Michael yesterday and he said that they are still working on it. I have it installed in my wife's Buick Encore and it works great and I plan to buy an additional license for my 2017 Vette as well, when they get it done. Too bad it is not done yet because additional licenses are $50 off ($99) for the Holidays. That is a good deal for those that have other vehicles they support.

you can buy the license at any time.. then when the tune/support is out for the 2017's, you just run the updater on the tool to update it to the latest support update, then you'd be able to tune your car..

That sounds like a good plan and I will be purchasing my additional license right away!

Just bought an additional license for the 2017 Corvette so I will be ready for when it is released. I am not the most tech savvy person out there but Michael took the time to help me get it loaded on my tuner - great place to do business with!

Sorry, $50 off so it costs $99, which is a great deal. Details are on their website.

ok, that's what i thought. Was hoping maybe i missed an extra discount or something. If i didn't spend $400 on a SCT X4 tuner (bought it before the I2 came out) i'd be all over the $99 price, but don't know if i can sell it easily...

You can always buy the inTunei2 like I did, under $300 shipped, or maybe even less for the holidays direct from them, and sell your other one. Some people have a preference of one or another tune but the Diablo has worked well for others as well as myself and it is easy to use.

I had a COBB Tuner for my Focus ST and sold it the same day I put on their forum classified; however, ebay is another good place if you are not a member of a Ford forum

Guys, which tune would be most appropriate for an aftermarket drop-in air filter (and otherwise stock engine)? Would it be the regular tune, or aFE tune? Do we need tune for just the filter?

I may be biased but for the money I would go for the Diablosport inTunei2. For use on 1999-2017 Corvette C5, C6, C7, & Z06 and as per their website:

The Corvette is one of the most amazing cars ever made, and the inTune i2 truly makes it come alive! It gets your Corvette an instant increase in power while enhancing drivability. The preloaded tunes reduce torque management, juice up throttle response, and add a significant amount of horsepower over stock. If you installed aftermarket performance upgrades, you also have options to adjust spark, fuel, idle RPM, disable DoD/AFM, and heaps of other performance options. The inTune i2 is an awesome DIY performance upgrade for your Corvette that you can install in your own driveway!
InTune i2 Programmer Key Corvette Tuning Features:
  • Add 15-30 HP, Add 15-20 TQ
  • Disable DoD/AFM
  • Enhance Throttle Response
  • Adjustable performance parameters
  • Get custom tunes for aftermarket mods
  • Advanced Data Logging & Data Streaming to PC
I sold my 2017 Corvette and have the tuner for sale in case someone is interested.
